We would like to go back here again, enjoyed it. The place is wonderful and fairly clean.- It offers above average breakfast and incredible location close to everything in Porto.- The customer service is excellent; they offer a shuttle to the airport.- Guests can use parking nearby.

My room was good sized and newly remodelled and had central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making facilities. "The location was good and absolutely perfect, on top of a hill, in the main touristic area.- "The main bar was available on the premises.

The hotel is located quite central to the metro station, but is a little hard to find. Breakfast was really tasty and versatile. I especially liked the gesture at the city festival. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Windows did not open and the view into the courtyard was not attractive.

I really enjoyed its incredible location right by the tourist area, cafes in the historic center, and Trindade metro station. Everything was great. The service was excellent, offering an incredible breakfast with gluten-free options. The check-in was efficient, and the staff was good. Their shuttle to the airport was outstanding.

Good distance to metro and city centre

The first time round we stayed @ the INCA for 4 nights and we found the staff particularly helpful as they upgraded us to a suite given that we were not happy with the fact that we had to pay for WIFI access in our room as well as the use of the safe. This room was super with nice views over Porto city. breakfast was really good with a wide choice of fresh and typical products.

As we were returning through Porto we booked the same suite (or so we thought!) for 1 extra night as we were catching the early bird flight to Faro. Admittedly we received a special rate for the suite but we were less than impressed when the suite we were given was of a inferior quality to the one we had originally stayed in. The AC was functioning poorly, the pillows were brick hard and the suite was generally smaller and not meeting our needs as we had our son staying with us in the side living room which was straight off our own room. This differed from our original suite which would have meant everyone could have gone to the toilet/exited the suite without disturbing or being disturbed. The hotel did not deal with our complaint properly

The breakfast here was better than I expected, especially with that amazing chocolate cake. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. 🍰

τηε ηοτεl was far away from the port and the metro station .it was very old and it needs renovation.

The breakfast was rich and tasty. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient.
